QSBay Inc., Quality Service Bay, is a marketplace for consumer services. This site creates an open and trustworthy marketplace for consumers to access services such as personal & family care, auto repair, home renovation, legal service, event planning, teaching & coaching, and so much more.

For the Consumer

Consumers can post any Quote they want (as long as there are no legality issues) and then receive bids on their requirements. It’s that easy! If you want to invite businesses to bid on your Quote and they are not yet registered sellers with QSBay, you can invite them to bid on your Quote by asking them to register for free with our site. With your personal Quote id number they can view your specifications and begin the bidding process. You can use photographs in your Quotes to more clearly articulate your needs. QSBay also allows the consumer to check the service providers’ rating & feedback, finding out the details of their past bids.
Consumers registering with QSBay will receive a "Free Plan" buyer membership. It's totally free for consumers to post want Quotes, receive bids, check providers’ ratings & feedback, and choose the best provider to deliver services that best meet their needs.

For the Provider

As a consumer service provider, your business and skills will be directed to the correct market with wide-open business opportunities. Your consumer ratings and feedback are the best available form of free advertising, carrying more selling power and impact than word of mouth advertising. There are no membership fees, simply register with QSBay and let the business come to you.
A "Free Post" seller membership is a nominal fees mechanism that allows service providers to bid on consumer Quotes. Nominal fees occur only when a provider’s services are contracted.

Registration

Registration for both the buyer is free and seller will be charged a nominal monthly fees. For registration click on the buyer or seller link on the main page in the Member Login section.
A buyer is a consumer who is looking for a service. A seller is a service provider who sells services to a consumer. Buyers create Quotes to tell service providers what they want. Sellers in return bid on these Quotes.

After registration is completed, you will receive an email to activate your user account. After account activation, you can log onto the site. At this point you can edit your account, Quoted your profile, and manage e-mail notification services.

Sellers can add and change their business portfolios by themselves at any time. This helps sellers publish their most current promotions for free. A seller can subscribe to multiple services. After a consumer posts a want Quote , the site will automatically notify sellers matched to these services and locations.

Post a Quote :

When a buyer posts a Quote and describes the services and specifications he needs, sellers have an opportunity to bid on the Quote and ideally, win the buyer’s contract. The buyer simply checks all bids received, and finally makes a decision on which seller/ provider best meets their criteria.
The buyer has no obligation to choose a seller for any Quote he posts and there are no charges even after he choose a seller. When he does choose a seller, he should reach an agreement regarding payment and Quote requirements. The seller who wins the bid will receive an email notice and then begin to provide services. When the work is done, both the buyer and the seller are asked to provide each other with rating and feedbacks.

To bid on Quotes

You must first subscribe to QSBay as a seller and set-up a profile in the subcategory or subcategories that corresponds to your service and is directed to a posted Quote .

Transaction Fee

For a seller the Transaction Fee for a completed contract is based on a percentage of the total Quote amount. This is 5% of each bid (minimum US$5).
