Falsifying or omitting contact information such as a member’s name, address, and/or telephone number when registering on QSBay is not permitted. It is also not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

* Listing cancellation
* Limits on account privileges
* Account suspension
* Forfeit of QSBay fees on cancelled listings
* Loss of Power Seller status

Contractor Policy

Contract warrants that they are duly license in the field of service that they are providing. Contractor further warrants that they are properly insured and that their business entity is registered and active in the respect state(s) of operation. QSBay its affiliates, subsidiaries, heir, and. Officers shall not be responsible for a contractor misrepresenting any information provide to QSBay or the contractee.

All contracts are not assignable without express written consent of contractee.

Fee policy

Seller will be charged a 5 % transaction fee on the total amount that is agreed upon between buyer and seller and will be paid upon completion of transaction.

Seller Non-Performance

When a seller lists an item on QSBay, and a buyer bids for and wins that item, the seller and buyer have entered into a contract. Both members are expected to honor that contract. In accordance with that contract, the seller may not:

* Fail to deliver an item for which payment was accepted.
* Significantly misrepresent an item by not meeting the terms and item
   description outlined in the listing.
* Refuse to accept payment for an item at the end of a successful sale.
* Refuse to accept a buyer’s PayPal payment using a credit card if the
   seller included the PayPal logo in the listing which signifies the seller will
   accept.
